AEPKI booked a 4-bed room, but the hotel staff said they could not provide the room mentioned on Booking.com. They also mentioned that they had already raised the issue with Booking.com and over app is not workng but I also recived a confirmation email from hotel. This is a total miscommunication, and in short, they provided a 3-bed room at the price of a 4-bed room. In addition, the staff’s behavior was not good, and there was no proper communication regarding check-in or check-out.
