Location of the property was perfect.

Host was rude and unhelpful. Also wanted another £100 paid to her directly. As I had mistakenly booked for less people but same amount of rooms. Also not enough toilet roll for 7 people. Accused me of being rude and disrespectful when communicating before arrival.

The host was extremely friendly and dealt with any requests or concerns promptly. Lovely room with an extremely comfy bed and nice little coffee/tea set as well as shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided on arrival. Bathrooms were cleaned as well as all other communal areas.

Not the fault of the host, just the location as it is very close to a pub so noisy passers-by when it closes. Not much in terms of storage for clothes in the room for long stays but was still suitable for me.

Staff - Very rude and racist. Been outside for site seeing, by the time we came back - whatever luggage we got, was kept outside in bad position (damaging our suitcase) and home made food which we got was thrown into trash . When asked why she threw it - she rudely said " it was on the table , so thrown it off" No where mentioned about toilets. Toilets are common one, not private toilets. Guys never book this and get cheated.

I couldn't find it.

The behaviour of property owner was very good and professional. The room was well maintained and cleaned. The property is hardly 10 min walk from market. I would suggest other to book this from my personal experience.

We stayed for two days while some building work was done in our flat. The location was just a few minutes' walk from the city centre in a pleasant location. The property is kept nice and clean with a shared kitchen. There are tea and coffee facilities and a TV in each room. The bed linen and towels supplied were all freshly washed. There are two bathrooms with showers. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to visit Canterbury for a vacation.

We only liked the bed and beddings as they were comfortable and clean .

Was very cold old house and no heating what so ever. Bathroom was very little and the face washing sink like a size of a tiger bread . Once you wash your face all the water is on the floor rather than going down the drain. They have given the Enter code to the house was wrong so we had to stay outside for quite some time to trying sort out what to do . Scary to wait somewhere we don’t know that long in the night at 9:30pm. Had to email and waited for the response for some time . Then she called and gave another code which let us enter in.
