I arrived there, hoping for the best stay at the resort, facing the sea, but they told me that there was no vacant room. What a surprise??? I was given an email confirming of my stay there but, they told me that all were fully booked. Without giving any apology, they kept on blaming Booking.com for the mistake and they asked to call Booking.com which was definitely ridiculous...

"Not worth the money"

The location is nice.

We arrived in the evening after a long distance travel. Upon checking in they said the rooms were fully booked. She called herself the manager but she obviously need more training in handling and talking to her customers. She got us a room, different than the one we booked. We asked for a refund, but even after the refund the net price just didn’t make sense. Couldn’t be bothered anymore, it was very tiring day. Slept for the night, left first thing in the morning. Felt like sleeping in a store room.
