"I will not stay here again."

Front desk didn’t bother to check type of the room that I have booked. Just simply passed me a room key and the room was not the one I have paid for. finally we got the room and the stairs were dirty, the bathroom and the floor were not clean. etc etc. This hotel need to hire someone with good qualifications in hotel industry!
