Nice family. Comfortable bed and room. Towel provided and nice bathroom. Right near a bus stop so easy to get to from York bus station.

Parking - Free on street/grass verges 😊 - I left my car on park and just took the bus to city centre (£2 single journey) Bus - 3 or 15mins walk to the bus (depends on which bus you can catch 😊) still a nice walk Room - Has everything you need - has a little fridge too (Cute!) - Microwave/Heater/TV (with live and online apps)/Mug/plate/spoon and fork - Free coffee, tea, milk, sugar Toilet - Towels smells so good!! (shampoo/conditioner/shower gel available if you need it) - Neat and tidy - Strong shower pressure 💪 Neighbourhood - Quiet - Safe Host - Pretty 🥰

Not that i don't like but this is just a good to know thing: Room - 3rd floor 😀 so those who's bringing heavy luggages , might need more strength 😅 good thing mine wasn't heavy so everything was good. (Independent women 💪)
