Guest house Amirhan

The food was nice, and the rooms are pretty cute. The 4 bed dorm in particular has a really nice ensuite and views of the mountains. All the beds were very comfortable.

The location is frustratingly far from the town centre if you are on foot. It’s about a 25 minute walk, and there is nowhere to get food closer than at least 15 minutes. That means if you miss dinner or need a snack, it’s a real drag. My stay was also seriously interrupted by the owner coming to ask me to move rooms because of a booking mistake she had made. It was 8:30pm, I was well settled into the dorm, then she asked me to move into a much worse room (not even a proper hotel room, just a disused room where they store mattresses). She was going to just put a mattress on the ground. No discount or even a proper explanation was offered. I refused and she accepted that, but it really wasn’t a pleasant experience. On the other hand, she was generally very helpful, though if she could speak a few words of English it would help a lot. One night I slept in the yurt, which was fine, but the family was making a lot of noise around the house, and you hear absolutely everything. The bathroom facilities for the yurt are in the main house, which is also a bit of a walk and a bit awkward.

Their yurt is really cozy, warm, and stylish. The beds were comfortable. The owners are really kind and helpful.

Guest House owned by a lovely family. The food was really, really good. The young girl in the family performed a traditional Kyrgyzstan Dance for the guests, which was really amazing.

Really nice, large and clean room, all the property is nice: flowers in the yard, the dining yurta. Good food. Caring host. Not so near the bus station, but on the other hand, in a quiet residential area. Very good home made marmelade. Confortable materass. Our staying was great.

There is a window without curtain (the one near the sink) that disturbs privacy. Only one shampoo bag in the shower, a soap bottle or dispenser would be nice.

Estaba todo muy limpio y las camas muy comodas. Lo mejor, la amabilidad de la propietaria. La comida muy rica también.

Tout était parfait de A à Z : l'accueil de la famille, le confort, les repas.. La famille était au petit soin avec moi et les repas étaient excellents. J'ai aussi pu sympathiser avec d'autres voyageurs sur place. Je suis revenue une seconde fois à la guesthouse et j'y retournerai sûrement si je passe dans la région !

Apart from the room, which was huge, super clean, new and comfortable, and the delicious home made breakfast we can’t find the words to describe the hospitality of our hosts. starting from the Brain of the family (mom) - the artist and the one who takes care of the guests and of course our friendly soul, who helped us to organise our further trip, the dad - who watches their property and the kids - especially the older daughter who went with me to the market to show everything around :) Thank you very much for your hospitality and unique occasion and honour to be part of your family meeting! You can’t have better hosts than the family from Amirhan. it’s a place you must go to!

everything was better than perfect

I like everything here. The owners of this guest house are amazing people. They are incredibly pleasant and make your staying exceptionally memorable. They want to help you in every issue. Yurts and rooms are new, beautiful, very clean and you feel great there. We slept very deeply, the bed and mattresses are very comfortable. Bedding and towels are clean. You get bath accessories: toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, hygiene supplies. Cleanliness is everywhere. We had breakfast in yurt and it was extremely delicious. The yard is quiet, neighbours-guest are good people as well.

We didn't see negative moment. Strongly recommend this guest house.

The first thing that welcomed us in this property was a spacious courtyard with the mild fragrance of multiple different flower plants. Each member of the host family, including the kids were super friendly. We loved talking to them. We loved seeing them work together as a team. We had a great time playing with the kids. The room was very clean, spacious and equipped with all the essentials. One or the other family member was always available in case we needed anything. The food served was tasty ans wholesome. They also made special efforts to make vegetarian food varieties for one of us. They also helped us get efficient transport within town and to Bishkek. Overall, we loved the stay. If we get a chance, we would definitely stay at this property again.

The food quantity can be reduced significantly to avoid wastage. We could hardly finish all the food served to us in any meal. Reducing the quantity would make the meals more pocket friendly too.

Alles! Aber ganz besonders die wunderbare Familie und ihre Gastfreundschaft. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, so dass wir nach einer Wandertour gleich nochmals gebucht haben. Dankeschön für die schönen Tage bei Ihnen! Wir werden Sie nicht vergessen. Sehr leckeres Frühstück und Abendessen, schöne Jurte, super sauber. Wählen Sie dieses Guesthouse!!
