Manor Green Cottage

Cottage was already booked, however staff had already allocated a lovely room in hotel. Very comfortable and clean. Complimentary toiletries. Large room, very quiet, good information provided on train times, local restaurants etc convenient parking which was free. Good location for station

No onsite restaurant at the moment. Drains were a bit smelly so we kept bath and sink plugs in and bathroom door shut.

Very convenient for Heathrow. Good size rooms.

Manor Green Cottage is very tired and grubby. The shared area had a squat feel to it. Bedroom at first glance nice...but lots of stains and issues with the shower.

Every aspect of the room was clean, except that a tile in the bathroom was abit wobbly and made noise any time l went to the washroom, a little fridge would be good, l slept like a baby, above all Vivian and David were brilliant. I would recommend friends and family to stay in your hotel.

I know that cannot be changed due to the location, that hearing the trains passing all the time.

There was no breakfast available at the hotel ( The ManorHotel) because the hotel was having building work done which we were not informed about. The view from the room was an absolute eyesore. It would be better if the glass was frosted to let in the light but obscure the diabolical view ( rooftops, wires massive extractor chimney). Luckily we were moved from this room as we/ they couldn’t get the TV to work so we were then transferred to The Manor Green Cottage. The view there wasn’t much better ( rooftops again) but at least the TV worked. There was very little storage space and the room was made smaller by a roll top bath plonked in there. There is simply not enough room for it and to be fair I wouldn’t expect many people use it as there is a shower room.

The views were awful. The room was cramped by the roll top bath. It seemed as though someone was living downstairs ( this wasn’t explained to us) it was extremely hot, no air conditioning or even a fan.
