Very helpful and nice staff. Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed. Good AC, would stay here again

Shower was not positioned right had to hold it. Not very powerful either. Sun loungers could do with upgrading, cheap plastic

La piscine, et le prix assez correct

La douche au débit trop faible, la salle d'eau petite et une mauvaise odeur. L'isolation n'est pas top on entend les chiens hurler.

Kim nous a super bien accueillis et elle nous a organisé nos transferts très gentiment. La chambre est spacieuse et la terrasse est bien agréable. La piscine est bien aménagée.

Emplacement très propre, à l'écart de l'agitation. À seulement 10-15mins à pieds du centre d'Alona. Nous avons être super bien reçu par Kim, Charline et Ricardo. Merci encore de votre aide, votre disponibilité et votre accueil!

The room was with little seating at the front which made it very enjoyable when kids had to nap in the day. Husband and I were able to enjoy lounging by the pool whilst kids slept. Room was very nice, bright and spacious. Really friendly and accommodating staff and were always very friendly and entertained my children too, which was nice to take a breath. Very nicely maintained premises, clean and relaxing. Highly recommend alona garden suites for families.

Not much I didn't like, main thing would have been a huge positive is to have a basic breakfast or something, however next door offers western style breakfast and there's a short walk to a cafe with smoothie bowls which were very nice. Alona beach is a decent walk especially with kids so taking a trike would be recommended. Side note: we got scammed by a eurpnet ATM which withdrew $480 worth of Indonesian rupiah. Located on the main alona beach road infront of convenience store. Local police wont even file a report as its a transaction from Indonesia (not psrt of their jurisdiction lol) (however occurred with tempered ATM in Philippines) so definitely take more precautions at Alona. also a lot of kids and mums begging on the streets.

Le camere sono spaziose e pulite, tutte dotate di condizionatore nuovo e di veranda con ventilatore in cui si può stendere.

Da Booking risulta che la colazione sia disponibile in struttura con un ulteriore pagamento, in realtà una volta arrivati ci è stato detto che questa in struttura non era disponibile ma che ci si poteva recare a partire dalle 8 am nella struttura adiacente non convenzionata (8 am orario tardivo visto l’orario di partenza delle escursioni sull’isola) L’organizzazione delle escursioni è risultata difficoltosa in quanto le informazioni venivano comunicate in modo frammentario (es. i prezzi totali cambiavano in itinere e le informazioni non risultavano sempre precise/corrette - abbiamo prenotato un’escursione sull’isola di Pamilacan con partenza nella tarda mattina con l’assicurazione di poter vedere i delfini tutto il giorno e una volta arrivati sulla barca ci è stato detto che li si poteva vedere solo la mattina molto presto). A volte si ha l’impressione che cerchino di venderti dei servizi non necessari.
