We loved the location and it was well equipped for the time we spent in Wilmington.

Parking could be difficult at times.

Cleanliness and overall decor

My husband and I liked the location. It wasn’t far from downtown Wilmington. You could walk there in 15 min. The condo was beautiful. We had everything we needed. We would stay again.

Good location, lovely condo, bed was comfy. Great value. Would recommend to larger groups. Easy to get in. We didn't use the tvs but if you like big screen tvs you're in for a treat. Very spacious, lovely condo the open-feeling living room.

The master shower is fancy but tricky to get the temp right so i went to the guest bathroom. The guest bathroom shower head needs to be cleaned is my reason for 4/5 on cleanliness. Everything else was great.

Spacious and conveniently located.

The lint screen had not been cleaned for quite some time. And all shower heads were mouldy!!

Very spacious, well stocked kitchen, walkable to most attractions.

The windows are old, some are hard to close completely. Master shower head needs extensive cleaning.

The property is very clean, well maintained, and lovely facilities. The kitchen and master bath are especially nice.

The parking can be a challenge during early evenings.
