INIt was a beautiful stay at Jungle Ippie Hostel. Justine and Mani (the hosts) were extremely accommodating and helpful. Overall, the vibe of the place is 10/10. They also have a bar attached to the hostel and we have gaming nights almost every evening.
BEClean private room with great bathroom and a hot shower. Also such a great chilling/socializing area and bar, super friendly and helpful staff, and good tea :)
Everything is humid in the Cameron Highlands of course, but so was our stuff after laying in our room. This also caused a little mold on the bedframe. I think better ventilation could solve that.

GBThere was a girl working in reception who was kind and nice, even recommended to us some restaurants for lunch. A few nice friendly cats in the common area they take care of.
We were taken to a separate flat for our stay, in a different building located further away and uphill, which made the check-in unnecessarily difficult, especially with heavy luggage. This wasn't communicated or advertised in the listing, and it took away the hostel atmosphere as staying in the common area was inconvenient. The check-in process itself was very poor. The staff member at reception appeared untrained and unable to assist with basic tasks — he couldn’t find our reservation, provide information about the area, or even open the door to the flat. He was also indifferent and did not acknowledge or apologise when our room was not ready at the stated check-in time (3pm). We only managed to enter at around 3:30pm, and no one informed us when it was ready, despite us waiting outside the room. The biggest issue, however, was the bathroom. It had a strong smell of humidity, mould, and sewage, and was constantly flooded due to poor drainage. This made it very uncomfortable to use and is not acceptable from a hygiene perspective. Overall, the experience fell well below expectations due to poor organisation, lack of communication, and hygiene issues.
PKThis hotel is exceptional! It is so near to the bus station that I literally walked in with my 4 big luggages. Staff is so helpful and guides you!

MYFRLe fait d’avoir un petit appartement rien que pour nous avec tout le nécessaire : cuisine totalement équipée, salon, Netflix…
L’évacuation était bouchée… il y avait donc des fuites d’eaux usées. L’appartement étant totalement en carrelage, marcher dans l’eau puis sur du carrelage est dangereux car on glisse facilement.
