Immaculate apartment beautiful view over Belfast lough 2 minute walk to train station. great pub/ restaurant beside it. Prosecco in fridge for arrival nice touch! Highly recommend!!

It was clean, the bed was really comfortable and it had everything you needed. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar and chilled Prosecco were much appreciated.

The approach to it was quite run down and dark once you went through the main entrance. There was two items of clothing left on the floor at the bottom of the stairs.

Location fantastic, literally next to Dirty Duck pub (fab gastro pub food) and 10mins walk to Holywood High Street. Check in and out was seamless. Easy, great communication with host. Wifi and Netflix available. Great water pressure in the Shower 🚿. Private and secure parking lot.

Bed mattress is soft (I prefer a firm bed) but other than that, everything is great 👍

Lovely kitchen and great cuddle chair.

The smell of mould in the bedroom was awful. The sofa bed had a dirty sheet still on it and looked like it had been on a while also lots of cobwebs underneath sofa. Wardrobes had alot of cobwebs especially sliderobes. Bed was very uncomfortable aswell.

"Noxious smell in apartment"

The location

A noxious smell emanated from within the apartment. It ruined our stay and the host has sadly not o this. In addition to accusing me of demanding a refund. Our trip was ruined by the smell of poo within the apartment told the host he offered £40. I declined his offer as he said if we were staying at The Culloden it would have cost us £300 what that had to do with anything I do not know. Infact I stayed there for a week in June and am happy to pay for good service. This was not the case here. He is mistaken in thinking the smell was Algae as Holywood has been having a sewage smell this past week. Poorly handled guest complaint.
