Exceptional customer service, good location and excellent breakfast

Nothing ….loved everything

We felt very comfortable and really liked how the sink, restroom, and washroom were separated. It made it easy for each of us to use them without waiting. Alina was very helpful, giving us great advice and taking good care of us. She was also flexible and helped us book a sunset cruise tour (a must-see) and a trip to the waterfall. The location was great—just a short walk to popular tourist attractions, with cafes and restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was so so. Bread was a bit hard. Wifi in the room was slow.

The Villa is in a great location I booked the wrong room by mistake and the Mira went to great lengths to fix my mistake and find us a better room. The motorbike I rented from them was new. Breakfast good. All good

We got a family room, it was very dark with no windows and equipment was old, television as well.

Staff were in the background, but totally attentive.

Located in a great area, within walking distance to everything but still so peaceful. Rooms are gorgeous and the whole place feels so homely, we decided to extend our stay as soon as we arrived! Excellent staff and lovely breakfast!

great location, quiet area on the Main Street. Very local and with great location for Main Street and boats for river cruise on the other side. Very friendly and kind staff, that helped with everything needed.

the family room is a bit dark and has a balcony that is not private, still very comfy and a good price value.

Friendliest and most lovely staff! The breakfast was Ok, the location was great! They helped me with directions and also booking a taxi.

I´m not very picky with places but there was a bad smell in the room, thin walls and very noisy people staying in the room next to mine, the bed/pillow was quite uncomfortable. The price was quite high for what you get in return.

The room was big, the bathroom ok.

We booked for 2 night a room with city view and in the first night they gave us a room without window. They said that they cannot charge different price per night when we had to pay, because of the booking we have made. We ask for loundry service and they tried to charge us for 5 kg instead of 3 as we gave to be cleaned.
