No 2nd room key card No extra pillow Mattress springs were lopsided Bed size is small, so when turning in bed will hit the wall No extra towel hanger for wet towel

Kurang suka dengan parking agak kurang safety and no parking mencukupi,but it’s okay faham je Penang susah parking and Tempat terhad

Everything was good just keep it up. Thank you

Got to climb 1 floor up through the stairs to the rooftop not recommended for elderly people or people with disability. Reception close at 10pm so if needed anything nothing is available. Hope the management can do something about this.
