Georgetown AY Hotel

Staff is quite nice, the overall room is clean. Location is good, near to lots of foodie places and not facing to main road - not noisy.

Facility is too much budget, wall is thin that can hear the light switch on and off of the next door. Poor quality of bed, washing room, etc.

I like the newness of the hotel, and how staffs are so very helpful. I was surprised to receive a text from hotel recept before I checked in, and the instructions was great. I found the room clean and every thing was working very well. It has met my basic needs. Clean, minimalist, and even has an android tv with free channels. Staff and management handling of a tripping situation was excellent! Service is very customer focused.

1. Please include a "do not disturb/make up my room" sign board in the room. Or publish your "cleaning policy". The room wasn't cleaned daily - and I found out you can get it cleaned if you request for it. The default is "no cleaning". I was there for 3 days. 2. The electricity in the room keeps tripping on my 2nd day, 8 times to be exact within a span of 2 hours. However, the hotel mgmt allowed my request to change my room, and upgrade me to deluxe.

At The moment no place to hang cloth. Even you have hanger.. Still New hotel soon everything Will be ok Will Come back..

Stayed a night here. Location is pretty good! Got some pretty cool places around for food/drinks. It’s new, so everything is pretty amazing for the price. Car park out front (fits 3 cars) is first come first serve but should be able to find street parking around the hotel. There’s also a parking lot right next to it, but it’s quite pricey for overnight. Amenities are great, there’s even an iron and its board.

Walls are pretty thin, won’t hear anyone talking but your neighbours sneeze/ bump into something, you will most likely hear it. But really can’t complain for its value!

Very convenient location, accessible to public transportation (even to/from airport bus #102) and lots of nearby eating areas. Staffs are very accommodating & friendly. We were honoured to be the first guests of this new hotel with new furnishings, new appliances and felt fresh & clean. Thank you.

The room walls aren’t sound proof, could heard movements & conversations of the next room. Small rooms but has everything you need.
