GBLocation was ideal - central but not overly noisy. Host was amazing - I had an issue which we needed to resolve. Communication was excellent and attitude pragmatic - couldn't ask for more.
The only reason I slightly downgraded comfort from a full scope of EXCELLENT is probably more personal preference - the heating was set a little low for my liking so on arrival I needed to adjust this before the temperature suited the seasonal conditions. However, it was fixable - so this is a minor note in an all round very satisfying experience.

No dishwasher tablets No instruction manual to operate radiators and television. Television a nightmare to try an use. Could not get television to work at all. Missed match of day after a fab day out. Tried out of service but couldn't help.

Although I mentioned the issue with the lock of the door, nothing happened. That made me feel insecure as anyone from outside, could easily open the door and go into my apartment.
GBLocation is perfect close to arena and also close to shopping centre. The team are through with pre information and gave calls and emails. Reassured find it and sort key collection. Above help and amazing customer service.
I had unclean sheets/bedding. However once informed despite been 7pm on Saturday new sheets arranged and left at door. Cannot fault service or replacement. Only other fault was emails prior to sort deposit wasn’t clear to organise and sort this is due to booking.com apparently.
