We were a part of 9 friends travelling through Sri Lanka. We booked all the rooms in this lovely boutique hotel. The owners, the staff and the chefs went above and beyond at every opportunity. We had 6 birthdays to celebrate and had organised a celebration dinner at the hotel. Management surprised us with live music, a ribbon cake bought in specially from Colombo (delicious) and had no problems catering for a gluten free guest. The rooms were spacious, elegant with plenty of hot water for showers. There is also a private guest lounge available on the top floor. I have no hesitation in recommending CheRiz and the team to anyone travelling to Nuwara Eliya. They are located in Toppass on the road to Kandy, just a short Tuk tuk ride into town. It’s quiet with lovely views over the tea fields.

Everything about the place was amazing, but the best part was the staff. They paid really good attention to every detail and made sure to curate the service according to the individuals' need. They were quick to help us in anyway we needed. The rooms were beautiful and welcoming, especially after a long day of excursions. It really helped to have a heater in the room during the cold weather.

we loved the place and were taken good care of by all the people working there who made a special effort to make our stay the most enjoyable.
