Characterful large room with views over the tea plantations opposite. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff who were very attentive as we were the only guests due to the cyclone road closures. Good breakfasts and evening meal ( bit pricey for SL)

A bit out of town up a very steep access road so use small cars rather than tuk tuks. Expensive compared to five star hotels in Kandy. May be area but noticed they slashed the room rate after us. Never managed to get to grips with the TV system. Slow WiFi in bedroom but super fast in lounge so just needs extenders. As others mentioned the pylon is unfortunately placed. Was very unusual circumstances with attractions closed etc. Happy to support the town as going through it.

Rustige ligging buiten de stad. Mooi uitzicht vanuit de kamer en het terras. Goed uitgebreid ontbijt. Extra behulpzaam personeel zelfs voor Sri Lankaanse standaard. Klein hotel met unieke uitstraling.

Het hotel is toe aan een grondige renovatie. De sfeer is apart (verwelkoming in de kamer met luide Elvis muziek), je moet ervan houden. Luidruchtige gasten van hotel en nabijgelegen appartementen.

It is a beautiful place. The room was super nice and just like in the picture. The view was nice but I suppose it is nicer on the second floor. As it is not very central, we ordered at the restaurant of the hotel and the food was super nice. The lady at the reception is super nice and super helpful. The heating mattress was a definite plus as it was quite cold over there.

Be careful when you open the windows as mosquitoes can quickly get in. My partner is a smoker and couldn’t get out for his last cigarette of the night as the hotel is all locked. But it was good for his health so no harm

Everything was perfect

I loved the panoramic room we stayed in. The view was absolutely stunning and the atmosphere of the resort was calm and relaxing, and on our last day they upgraded us to a suite, which made the experience even more special. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We used to order breakfast to our room ,on the first day it was a bit delayed, but for the rest of the days the service was perfectly on time and much better.

The actual apartment suite was very well furnished and perfect considering Nuwara Eliya's climate - we had bedwarmers and plenty of pillows, even the outer balcony was completely sealed yet see through, allowing you to enjoy the view while still stayin warm. Overall the apartments and rooms were tastefully and functionally perfect.

One of the cleaners left the bathroom window open, due to which some bugs got into our room. However the on-ground team was helpful in removing them. They struggle with English but are very helpful nonetheless.

Leider liegt das Hotel oberhalb der Bundesstraße und daher ist es laut. Das Hotel liegt auch außerhalb und leider ist nichts in der Nähe.
