The staff were very helpful, especially “Max” - a new employee. Our original room didn’t have a darkening cover over the patio door so the morning sun was too bright and the AC wasn’t very good. They changed our room with no hassle. Overall the place is good and would stay there again.

The restaurant is very overpriced and only meh food. On our check out day the toilet “burped” up sewer gas and the whole room filled with an awful smell. We left anyways and are glad this didn’t happen during our stay.

opulent/grand hotel near royal palace. varied breakfast. nice rooftop pool. friendly and communicative staff.

"amazing hotel!!"

the location was amazing. fantastic drivers out the front. recommend Lucky. number 15 the bike trailer set up. staff were unbelievable. they couldn't do enough for us and also had great sense of homours. the view from the roof top pool was sensational. the view from our little balcony on level 11 was unreal. beds were comfy and rooms extremely clean and cool. wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

loved everything - just didn't like having to leave!!
