Okay Boutique Hotel

Sehr traditionelles Hotel. Es hat einen sehr kambodschanischen Flair, was mir sehr gut gefallen hat. Zimmer super sauber und das Bett war sehr bequem. Super Rooftop Pool. Nette Mitarbeiter.

The staff are amazing

La plante devant la chambre 404 était envahie de moustiques car l’eau du vase était stagnante. C’est le défaut majeur de notre sejour dans cet hôtel où tout est excellent !

All very good. Great staff with 1 lad , Rothea being particularly helpful and very polite. Clean rooms and good buffet breakfast. Swimming pool on rooftop is also great.

Nothing really. WiFi, as with many many places throughout Asia, is a bit patchy.

You should remove the plant in front of the bedroom 404 because it’s a huge nest for moskitos and each time we enter or leave our bedroom the moskitos came inside the bedroom :(

The view from the restaurant is nice. Some of the staff were helpful.

The rooms were absolutely disgusting. We were moved between 3 rooms on the first night and all of them we’re disgusting, the bedding was full of stains and dirty, there were stuff left from previous guests full of dust, you could see the rooms were not cleaned at all. Smelly and very outdated. The night stuff told me there were no cleaners to change beddings. I was offered a slightly better room on the second night but I could not risk to have a second night of bad sleep and decided to check out earlier! Avoid rooms on lower floors. The standards of cleaning seem to be different depending on the floor .

Tout est bien

They let us make an early check in, which was very important for us after an 18-hour flight. Great location, next to the main attractions. Great money for value.

The street in front of the hotel is a little disgusting, the smell of the trash is intense.
