Location is really decent if you want to be near the river, though I prefer the Russian Market area.

It was just too noisy at night with dogs barking. I am autistic, so I think others might not be as bothered as I was. It also is just rustic and old for the price they charge. It should really be $15 a night. For the price I paid, I could stay in a luxurious place in Vietnam.

Everything, room was nice, breakfast great range, good location, staff so friendly, accommodating and helpful. Rooftop pool, bar restaurant area was fantastic!

I did go to the spa but it didn't look open, not a big deal.

Brilliant ambiance, nice and clean reception hall excellent. Rooms big and very comfortable. Good breakfast and excellent staff .

Only downside I would say is about location from main road to hotel front . Only few yards which is bit shabby . Other wise I found no negative point regarding property itself.
