Loved the hospitality of the owner... Extremely warm and welcoming. They served us amazing home cooked kashmiri food on our first night there.

It was a bit far from the main city and dal lake...but as we had our own bike travelling to and from was much easier

I went in a group and we had a great time at this place. I stayed in the month of April and I must say we were well taken care of. The owner really made us feel like an extension of his family which was reassuring and comforting to us and not to mention the food which was awesome. He also provided us with some great transport options which was a huge relief to us. Honestly for the price you pay, I highly recommended this place .it’s great value for money.

Ash and his Family make you feel so welcomed in their home. The room was amazing, clean and has everything you need to make your stay a pleasant one. Ash helped me when I ran into an issue at a petrol station. Everyone is super friendly and treat you like you're part of their family. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

I had a truly lovely stay at this homestay, nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Unfortunately, I fell ill during my visit, but the hosts went above and beyond to take care of me. They personally took me to the hospital and checked in on me regularly, showing genuine care and kindness. Their compassion turned a challenging situation into a comforting experience. I’m incredibly grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

The staff, especially our host Mr. Ashiq, was amiable and co-operative. I went on vacation with my family (parents) for 6 days and hence had our own set of requirements, owing to their health complications. I am more than satisfied with the level of co-operation and services provided by them. They have always kept our needs on priority and catered to all our requirements. They also planned our entire sight-seeing experience in and around Srinagar. Mr. Altaaf, associated with the aforementioned property, drove us around and ensured a comfortable and enjoyable ride for my parents. He planned and executed the trips according to our needs and ensured that we had the best possible experience. He also guided us at various tourist spots that we visited and provided us with valuable information about locally overpriced services and fraudulent products. He responded immediately to any emergency, medical or otherwise, and also ensured that our entire experience is completely hassle free.

The staff and the property provided us with home-cooked food as per our requirement and we are satisfied with their service, however, occasionally they served the food a bit late which delayed our daily itinerary by maybe 30 minutes or so; however, it happened only once or twice in 6 days and it didn't affect our plans much.

The stay is top notch in terms of cleanliness and food is homemade good. The staff behaviour is very cold and unpleasant. Most of the time we would be reluctant to ask for things because of how they would respond or get irritated. Would like to highlight that the mattress is low quality and not firm and they dont have bed heating or air conditioner heating. They have gas heater which costs 300 and can only run till 12 am.
