La dueña es muy amable, pude dejar mi mochila después del check out y al volver por mi mochila dejo que me bañara.

I love the bed they were comfortable. The place was clean. And the staff was helpful.

I taught my room would had AC but it did not. . I dont know if the listing side it has or i assumed it would. But after all it was not bad without it.

Very friendly and helpful stuff! Even though they didn't speak much English, they tried very hard. We were able to get our clothes washed there. They offered us to book two places on the bus shuttle to the airport. Good location and comfortable beds.

There was only cold water in the shower. We were not able to pay by card even though we specifically asked about it in advance (and we got the confirmation, that it IS possible). In the end they tried to find solution and we managed to pay by PayPal. But we had to pay more, because we had to pay in USD. When we arrived in the evening there was sand and small stones on the bedsheet, so we complained about it and we got a different clean room. What shocked us - there were no windows, only mosquito nets. Luckily that area was not that noisy, but still it wasnt that quiet and we were concerned about insect in the room, which luckily did not get in.

Staff is great - friendly and helpful and can help you get a cab to the airport if you let them know the day before. Location is very near the airport, around the corner from a large grocery store, and a short walk from the Flores restaurants. Rooms are located above a laundry service and it shows - all the linens are super clean and nice. Also there are fans in the rooms and a jug of filtered water in the hallway at all times

Arrival/returning to the room can be stressful because it's hit or miss whether the staff will be around to let you in. That's because you have to go through the laundry service business part of the building to get to the hotel room part, and if the laundry is closed and no one is actively working there, then they won't hear you knock and you might be standing out front in the street for a while. Adding some kind of intercom or doorbell seems like a must. Also there were some ants/bugs on the bed (NOT bedbugs tho) - it wasn't a huge deal but it wasn't great

Nice hotel, not far from the center. Not so easy to find the door, but the lady was very nice. It is part of a laundry. Room is big enough and it is a very quiet place. Really a nice place to stay.

You don't get a key from the front door. You have to ring the bell to get in again.
