"Fraud"

This place is nothing but a scam. They never replied to my messages. When we called them, they claimed that booking.com has not send them information about us having booked a room. They didn't let us check in and hanged up the phone on my sister Who called them. They stole our money, and for sure I will make a report to a Police about this fraud. Don't book a room with these liars and thieves.

No curfews

Felt very unsafe locks on the room where dodgy aswell as the area kitchen and room where unclean and very noisy bedding had cigarette burn in it aswell as I stepped out the room with my partner and I was getting recorded by many males without my concent wouldn’t recommend

The size was very spacious and even had a fridge freezer which really helps

Could of had a better TV aerial as the TV kept going off the signal due to it being indoor but this wasn't a major thing

I finally got my money back after over a month of messages back and forth with booking. com & the owner.

The owner cancelled the reservation when I was waiting outside the door. I had to find another place to stay and it took over a month to get my money back. Very poor service on the part of the owner and booking. com.
