Centrally Located 2BDR Townhouse By Torr Property Group Short Lets & Serviced Accommodation With Free Parking Central Manchester

Lovely rooms, fab shower. Open plan living room and kitchen. Could watch programmes on the smart TV in the evening. Kitchen had tea and coffee, kettle, microwave etc

It was very warm. There was a double door in the living room which was more like a window with bars on the outside but it was locked. No air circulating. They don't send the code to access the lock box until you do a 250 security deposit on your card. However, when I filled out the check in form it wasn't obvious that I needed to do this. I messaged the property to enquire about getting the keys but got no reply. I also phoned them on the contact number provided several times on the morning of my flight but there was no answer. I then contacted booking. Com customer service. To be honest I was afraid it might have been a scam. When our flight landed in Manchester I had a message from the property telling me about the security deposit. Once I paid this, the code was provided but it was unnecessarily stressful. They advertise a pool but you don't get access to this unless you're staying for 28 days.. I would still recommend the accommodation as it is lovely and comfortable but just things to be aware of.

Property itself was fine however is only suitable for 4 guests.

At the time of booking the ownsers were aware that there were 7 of us using this accommodation, however there were still not enough towels, cutlery, glasses ect broken toilet seat hair and crisps on the sofa which the lady that got sent around seen when she arrived with our stuff. She then had to come back a couple of hours later (around 10/11)to drop off stuff that we were still missing that was not dropped of at 9 o’clock. 2 people were unable to sleep on the “sofa beds” in the rooms as they have 2 very uncomfortable poles going through them. And the tv didn’t work and there was no use of the pool. We had to wait over a month for our deposit back, and the owners of the property ignored us for months about our compensation which booking.com kindly renbursrd us for this.

Location and everything decor, facilities, everything was great.

Sofa pull out beds very uncomfortable and unable to open doors in living room. No windows either so very warm. Lack of linen, quilts/pillows but this was sorted quickly after a phone call.

Great stay. The team are accommodating. The location is ideal and overall place is great. Would have liked if the lounge door/window could open as it got warm but at night it was fine. We'll probably stay there again

Everything was spotless, modern, and extremely well-maintained. The views from the apartment were absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset—perfect for relaxing or snapping a few photos. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything I needed, from shops and restaurants to public transport and local attractions. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. Whether you're in town for work or leisure, I highly recommend this place. Comfortable, convenient, and with a view you'll never forget!
