Location and external appearance

Carpet under bed very dirty. Wall damaged; elevators can be used without room card, anybody can enter, no security; carpets in passage ways already worn.

"Overall, the room itself and facilities (hardware) are great but the service needs to be improved."

No buffet breakfast in one morning. One female FRONT OFFICE staff member displayed an unfriendly attitude when we check in for our relative on August 28. Our suite is connected to a neighboring room, only separated from my room by a wooden door, and so noises from that room got transmitted easily to my room. No utensils are available in the kitchen in our suite.
