This place is magical and romantic. Definitely looking better than on photos. The bed was super comfortable! The hist made sure we have everything what we need.

Lovely accommodation in a converted barn. We loved the rustic stone walls. High quality kitchen, including a washing machine and dishwasher. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the electric shower was powerful and in a large shower cubicle. Host was very prompt in responding to a couple of minor matters. A nice quiet setting, to spend some peaceful time. Excellent value for money.

Cleanliness was disappointing, fridge and kitchen utensils were a bit grubby. Just one teabag provided for a 3-night stay for 2 people, and only two cups! A small pedal bin in kitchen was impractical. Direction sign to building was faded, so it took us a while to find the Hayloft. A few niggly items, which was a shame as the accommodation had so many positives.

A beautiful, quiet location just outside Barmouth. The accommodation was thoughtfully equipped and decorated and gave us a great base for exploring the area. I have already recommended here to friends for an affordable, chilled getaway.

It was very clean, spacious, comfortable, well insulated, there was enough storage space, plenty of utensils for cooking, lovely peaceful spot to sit outside in the morning sunshine, and the shower and bathroom seemed brand new.

Maybe include a sentence in your welcome sheet to draw attention to the stick with metal hooks for closing the bedroom blinds at nighttime.
