I honestly can’t think of anything negative to say about this place. We will definitely be back.

Lovely accomodation. Very thoughtfully set out. Peaceful location near enough to have a nice walk into town. Would have liked to have stayed longer

A bedside table on each side of the bed would have been helpful. Felt hands off with the key collection system (which we missed in amongst all the emails.

Spacious, attractive well maintained place, excellent kitchen space and equipment, even a dishwasher, unusual in a 1 bedroomed unit.

Ideal place for my working stay in Barmouth, lovely layout and furniture, free of clutter, plenty of equipment for self catering, clean bathroom and living spaces. A place I would happily return to. Directions to the Hayloft were easy to understand and we'll described. The views out to the Llyn Peninsula were stunning, and I was lucky to snap some magnificent sunsets during my stay.

The signal to the bedroom tv was a bit patchy - if I was being really picky. Beyond that everything was spot on.

Absolutely lovely cosy little hideway, we loved every second and will definitely be coming back next year
