Really cosy little cottage near the beach and Barmouth town! The kitchen was very well-equipped, the bed was comfortable and it was easy to park and find our way to the property

A lovely little cottage; quiet, clean and comfortable. Would stay again in the future.

Hot water slow to come through but an electric shower so no problem there.

Location

Room was literally infested with spiders on beams and lights and behind sofa and in wine rack, removed over forty in total. Removed rear sofa cushion to catch one spider, and hadn't been cleaned for a long time, crumbs and detrius everywhere. Woodlice in carpets and bathroom. Woodlice carcasses in kitchen area and bathroom. Microwave shorted out after 4 mins. We left after first night of 3 day stay. Owner unhelpful.

Could've done with a bread knife, sieve and perhaps an extra blanket, but these are tiny things.

Very clean and comfortable conversion done to a high standard. Location was great for our needs really tranquil and peaceful. Private garden area was lovely to sit out in during the evening. Roomy shower with plenty of power. Appreciated the central heating coming on during the colder evenings. Thank you!

Only thing was the entrance to the driveway to which visibility is poor and fast traffic. No incidents, just have to be careful.
