From the moment we arrived, the entire staff made us feel welcome. The reception team was always polite, professional, and very helpful whenever we had questions. They gladly assisted us with arranging taxis, giving directions, and helping with anything we needed during our stay. We were also very impressed by the housekeeping staff. They kept the room exceptionally clean every day, with great attention to detail. The beds were always perfectly made, the linens and towels were fresh and spotless, and even our clothes were neatly folded when the room was serviced. It was clear that they take real pride in their work . The hotel facilities were also excellent. Everything felt new, modern, and very well maintained. The pool area is large and beautiful, the jacuzzi is spacious, and the spa facilities are fantastic. There is both a wet and dry sauna, and the changing rooms are large, comfortable, and well designed. What truly made the experience memorable, however, was the people. The staff created such a welcoming atmosphere that it genuinely felt like a home away from home.

One small downside is that the hotel’s location is not very close to major attractions, parks, or many restaurants within walking distance. However, this was not a big issue for us because taxis in the area are very affordable, and the reception staff were always happy to quickly arrange one for us whenever we needed to go somewhere.
