NGStaff are okay in terms of human interaction
Room quality and standard is poor compared to the high price. Room is several times lower in quality than on the pictures on Booking.com. It basically feels like deception when you see the room; low ceiling, rough walls, broken cabinet, etc. Staff are okay in terms of human interaction but look ok tired and underpaid. Overall, hotel is in a strategic location and profitable but seems not to get enough reinvestments of the profits into improvements and modernisation.
