Poor internet connection which I was later told was due to the repair works going on along Opebi Road, Lagos as well as the non-option of room service for breakfast.

First off, we didn’t get a key card until the day before we left. Then it was hard to sleep because there’s a club or bar nearby that played loud music way past midnight. The WiFi was down for like two days. The bathroom didn’t have anywhere to put our toothbrushes or toothpaste, and there weren’t any bedside tables. The place could use a bit of a refresh, and they actually started renovating while we were still there.
