The bed was so uncomfortable. There was a generator next door disturbing my sleep. the window curtains didn't sufficiently cover the window properly, The pillows were worn out, the mattress was hard, the beddings were torn, there were not blankets or mattress toppers, it was a horrible sleep experience

No internet No cable tv My room was right adjacent to the heavy generator noise that comes off and on I had millipedes and roaches getting into the room from the combined toilet/bathroom that is nothing to write home about. Kitchen is slow. Takes an hour from ordering to getting meal served. Staff acting all edgy with angry faces like they are under forced slavery and not happy to be there. Noticed a couple of squabbles amongst themselves right in front of guests. Guess they are used to riff raffs as guests hence the demeanor.
GBThe location is central to every other side attraction in terms of navigation.
The room could be maintained abit more often , my room for example dirty walls near the bed, probably as a result of guests touching the white walls.

No hot water, toilet door not closing
NGGBNothing works. From the WiFi to the plug-in sockets. We couldn't even charge our phones. The light kept going off and on.
The towels looked like they've seen better days. The duvet was torn and did not look bright. I got tired of complaining, I just stopped bothering.
