Very homey

Beds were a little creaky but that’s okay. Everything else was good!

rooms, if they had 4 people in them, were kind of tight/crowded. a very simple/sparse bedroom.

I really like the room, the beds were comfortable. They allow me to check in early as they open the reception. I think it was at 9 AM. Have a lot of products for common use in the bathroom. I didn't joint to the night party but I guess it was good

Ok, when I arrive at 7 am because I was traveling by bus from another city the first thing I saw was a big piece of poo next to the door. I was about to wait for the reception to open but the smell was so bad. I preferred to wait at a Burger King that was near to it. I also went there to confirm my volunteers application but as the owners wanted to make an interview and they were in another country was kinda difficult to make it fast so I decided to go to another hostel were I pay the same and I'm better located with breakfast and with a hot tub. If you are planing to go to the French Quarter you can go walking there from Albergue but it's a long walk, it's better to take the trolley but in my opinion I prefer to be more near to the French Quarter

Přátelská atmosféra. Skvělej personál s mladými lidmi. Když se sejde dobrá parta, což se sešla, tak to je prostě super. O tom celý tenhle hostel je.

The staff was super nice and helped me a lot

Unfortunately just like the rest of the city, this place isn't immune to cockroaches. I saw 2 during my stay, all popped up from one of the cupboards in the kitchen. The bunk beds are very squeaky, if possible, go sleep on the bottom bed.
