They didn't return any of my messages, not even to tell me the key code. The link/status showed "no reservation on record." By then, all of the hotels in the area were booked solid. Thanks for the unexpected camping trip under the stars. You will be held accountable.

They could start by answering their texts and phone calls. Or at the very least provide a key code. Thanks a lot.

Location

We never could contact the property. We got there at the designated time and no one was there. We got no communication. We could not get in. We had to book another place right away. We did not stay there.

It was fab.It was so comfortable and lovely. A few ants on the first day but not a problem. Great area, very quiet. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely flat situated across the road from Trinity Church. Well equipped kitchen had we needed to use it. Surprised there was sugar tea and coffee supplied you just need to buy your milk.Comfy big bed and really good hot shower. Close to the main part of town, took us 8 mins to walk and that was with my elderly sister who is a slow walker. Handy laundry facilities which was good you just need detergent if you are doing a wash.

Front door could do with having a draught excluding strip added as there was quite a gap under the door and there was a winter storm when we stayed. The heating was on full but was hard to keep lower floor warm until I blocked the draught with some clothing. Spiral stair looks nice but is hard to coordinate when carrying things or if you need to come down during the night. My sister chose to sleep on the sofa bed as she could not manage them as she is partly sighted. Other than that I cannot fault the place and would definitely recommend. Couple of spiders got in but there are loads of trees and bushes so it was to be expected I just moved them on

Location was fantastic

It was very cold when we arrived. There was no bedding for the sofa bed (we booked for 3 adults). Sofa bed when unfolded was not clean.

Opposite Trinity Kirk, near a park and canal.

Lack of hot water pressure in shower; fuse popping in laundry continuously ; having to buy garbage bags, washing up liquid etc. Spiral stairs to bed not suitable for disabled.

A lovely modern apartment right in the middle of Old Town, with views of Holy Trinity Church, Shakespeare's resting place. This place has everything you need if you're looking for a home from home for a few days, including laundry facilities on site. Take full advantage of the location by walking into town through Holy Trinity graveyard, through the RSC Gardens then along the river and past the RSC.

I don't know what could have been better. Do I have to put something that I didn't like? I mean, I could make some suggestions for improvements. A 24 hour butler? A massage chair? :)

Spiral staircase was a bit tricky but didn’t distract. From the property, will definitely be back.
