Linea Luxury Suites

I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share some concerns I had during my visit: The shower only had cold water at night, which was very uncomfortable. It seemed that the hot water might be on a timer, but there was no prior notice about this. There was no towel replacement during my stay, and when I ask about it, my message was ignored. However, I noticed that my check-out message received an immediate response, which felt quite inconsistent. If they don’t replace the towels, they should just explain that. why ignoring The temperature of the jacuzzi was too low, with a maximum of only 33°C, which made it too cold to enjoy. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider improving these points for future guests. Thank you for your attention.

Everything was perfect! The cleanliness, the decor, the comfort, and the beautiful location. The service was quick and the host was very respectful and helpful. 👍

Excellent accommodations in the heart of Santorini, the best hospitality from hosts Giannis & Vasilis.The location is perfect,very close to the bus station,mini market and pharmacy.The jacuzzi was perfect. The best place to stay,we will really recommend it!!!

Brand new suites with a wonderful indoor jacuzzi for relaxation.The decoration and cleanliness are amazing. The hosts are helpful for anything you need. Highly recommended!!!

We have just had a four days stay in Linea suites. Hosts Giannis & Vasilis were amazing, very welcoming and helpful. Our suite was spacious, modern, spotless clean and our jacuzzi was a huge PLUS!The location is perfect in the center of Santorini. Thank you so much for the great stay and can't wait to come back!!! We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family!!!

The hot tub is definitely not hot, it was warn to cold, and when reported they said we were wrong and never solve the problem. The room was super noisy (a bar/restaurant opens everyday side by it, with loud live or dj music, even the window was closed, as well, when complaining they did nothing! The biggest window does not have curtain or something to block the light, as well the room has no door to divide the spaces. Don’t go with expectations to this place. It was a very bad experience and waste of money. Will never return and wish to have booked other place to stay.

Very comfortable room, spacious and clean. Very close proximity to Fira town, just a 5-10 minute walk up the hill. The apartment itself is very modern and comfortable.

Stayed over the weekend and the bar/ restaurant next door was extremely loud the entire night. Jacuzzi in the room makes a constant running water sound, wasn't able to switch it off so it runs all day and night. Room smells like chlorine/pool because of the jacuzzi inside. No iron available to use.

Excellent location. All very easy. Clean. Hosts very easy to contact and very receptive. Would absolutely recommend. No complaints.

Taverna next door was loud but only on the Friday night and it wasn’t a problem at all.

Not suitable, nor conditioned, neither equipped for three people as booked. Could be good for a couple or solo. Host slow to response if any.
