The accommodation is in a great location super close to the main town area. It is a comfortable 3-5 mins walk from the bus stop. You don't even need to walk up any hills to get to your accommodation unlike the rest of Santorini. I was bit hesitant at first because of the lack of reviews but the accommodation is true to the images. It is large and very comfortable with modern amenities. The room could easily accommodate 3 adults as it was quite large. The spa is not a large as it looks in the photo but definitely more than large enough for 2 people. The sound from the bar next door was there but hardly a nuisance and not an issue as it was not very loud. There were a lot of comments about the spa creating a lot of condensation but we did not notice that at all being there in early June when it was quite warm. We had the air-conditioner set to dry which cooled and kept everything at a comfortable temperature and humidity.

The spa is set at a constant temperature which felt cold to us as we were expecting a hot spa but that is really just our fault. There is no controls for the water temperature which is only adjusted by the owner. It would be great in peak summer but definitely will feel colder in the shoulder seasons. The shower could use a door as the water goes everywhere but everything dries overnight.

The location is ideal, it’s literally a 20 second walk before you’re at a shop and then your in the town. Lovely and spacious apartment and it catches the sun in the morning (out the back) and in the evening (out of the front) so best of both worlds! Complimentary wine on arrival too!

You had to keep the window open above the hot tub because it was heated but there’s a restaurant right beside the apartment so you can hear everything at night time. They’re open till 1am ish so if your a light/ early sleeper and can’t sleep with noise I’d rethink about booking maybe, but everything else was fab!

It's spacious for a family of 3. Very close to the main restaurants in Fira and the caldera view point, just a 5-10 mins walk. The backyard had sea views as well, which was a pleasant surprise with early morning sunrise from the backyard. Amenities are sufficient, nothing great. Kitchen is basic, no stove/microwave.

Cleaning is done every 2 days, so just once during our 4 days stay, which is not enough. At check in the entrance had lots of dead leaves and dust lying around which was very unpleasant and was cleaned only on the 3rd day of stay. Cleaning needs to be often and thorough. Even after Cleaning some areas have dust. That was the only issue

We loved the area, the jacuzzi, was safe, closer to supermarkets and bus terminal as well as taxi terminal and restaurants of different types were available in a short walking distance.

There was a lot of humidity, even using the air conditioner. Humidity was so much that the sofa bed got wet and the walls were sweating water. Also, a microwave was highly when we wanted to warm some food later.

The location, the size of the apartment, the modern decor, the space inside & outside, the amenities (it is well equipped), the overall vibe..

Nothing much.. The Jacuzzi pool is indoors.. A small hatch above the pool is left open.. But during winter, you need to heat the pool (if you wish to use it) as well as room heating has to be turned on.. This makes the space excessively humid.. It wets everything from the walls to the floor & the sofa in the living area & even the linen (bed & bath) becomes damp.. This was a bit uncomfortable.. We turned the pool heating as well as room heating off & things began to dry by the next morning.. The open hatch doesn't offer much help..

Excellent location, walkable distance to Fira city centre as well as to central bus station. Room is very spacious, nicely decorated & looks as good as mentioned in pictures. There is supermarket just next to the room for basic needs. Lot of restaurants around. Parking is just outside the room. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful. Highly recommended!

Small issue with black ants coming out of bathroom drain & loose tap in the shower which came out a few times (shower worked perfectly, it was just a loose connection). Otherwise no significant issues.

Perfect clean accommodation, fantastic hosts, quick responses to any questions. Very helpful overall, also arranged a car for us etc. Great location. Done up well. Good lighting. Comfortable beds. Jacuzzi bath was a treat. Thank you for making our stay pleasant.

Minor hitches. Jacuzzi floods the apartment when three people were in it, but no issues with two people. Host came to check asap and also cleaned it. Also, noise from the restaurant bar next door kept us up until midnight, but that's no fault of the hosts or the accomodation... it was lively and may work for some couples... kids should sleep early (lol). We will be back again.

The sewer pipe of bathroom is a little clogging, which need to unblock the drain.

Could of used an extra blanket for the bed. Other than that all was Great-Thank you!
