Meno Smile Cottages

DO NOT GO HERE! The bathroom was really really dirty, it was never, really NEVER, cleaned. There was hair everywhere. The sink was yellow and super dirty and there was even mold on the wall. And the worst thing? POO IN THE TOILET!!!! I checked out 20 mins after checking in because it was truly impossible. I had just got hospitalized for salmonella and couldn’t stay in a filthy place like that. But the most insane thing is that I was GHOSTED by the owner. I sent several messages asking for a refund and they have never answered. They didn’t even answer Booking’s calls. I wanted to give them a chance but they disrespected me and they don’t care at all. Spend more money and stay in a better place, trust me.

Meno Smile is in a great central location close to the harbour and the beach. The staff are just lovely and my stay was very relaxed and enjoyable. Breakfast was always very good.

There's nothing I didn't like about my stay at Gili Smile Bungalows. It was perfect.

El desayuno bien, zona tranquila y un supermercado justo al lado. Es económico.

La limpieza bastante mejorable y en general un poco descuidado todo de mantenimiento.

We spend a week at Meno and it was really nice. The cottage has everything you need, the shower is ok, the air conditioning is strong, breakfast is really tasty. You can borrow bikes there, also laundry service, borrow snorkeling gear, everything you can think of. The people there are very nice and chill. Good advice: you can refill your bottles far few Rp at the pizzeria nearby so you don’t produce that much plastic. And if you want to party with the locals, go to the Sasak cafe. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back. Thank you!

The staff because they are never around, it was impossible to find them. The toilet was orrible, full of mould and looks like it can fall apart.

Aunque la cama no es súper cómoda, descansamos.

El baño no lo habían limpiado y el techo del mismo lleno de mo, sin agua caliente y muy poca presión.

À proximité du port et à 15min à pieds du turtle paradise et possibilité de louer des vélos. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et emplacement calme.
