Das Personal ist super freundlich und stets bemüht, den Gästen einen tollen Urlaub zu bescheren. Die Bungalows sind groß und sauber und die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und grün.

Das Management und dessen Verhalten den Gästen gegenüber ist absolut unterirdisch. Das Management ist nur aufs Geld aus anstatt auf das Wohlbefinden der Gäste. Jede Kleinigkeit kostet extra, wodurch das Urlaubsfeeling gestört wird. Dienstleistungen und Essen, das nicht wie beschrieben erbracht wird, müssen trotzdem vollständig bezahlt werden. Auf Nachfrage und Reklamation reagiert das Management spöttisch, uneinsichtig und ignorant. Sehr schade insbesondere im Urlaub so behandelt zu werden.

Bungalows in schöner tropischen Gartenanlage direkt am Strand. Sehr freundlichliches Personal. Ausserordentlich gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Bingalows im traditionellen Stil sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und innen recht dunkel.

Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier am richtigen Ort. Wunderschönes Hotel mit tollem Personal. Schöner privater kleiner Pool am Zimmer. Sonst noch 2 schöne grosse Pools im Hotel mit genügend Liegen.

Das Meer ist auf Grund sehr viel Seegras leider nicht schön und nicht geeignet zum baden. Speisen und Getränke höhere Preisklasse. Viele Massaien am Strand, die einen ständig belästigen, wenn man den Strand betritt. Zum Glück dürfen sie die Hotelanlage nicht betreten.

Everything was great. Big comfortable room with a private dip pool and a relaxing lounge swing. The rooms and property are kept very clean. Lots of places to lounge and relax by the pools. The staff were very friendly and helpful - the restaurant staff was exceptionally good. Breakfast was great. Lunch and dinner options changed daily, and everything was always very good. I have nothing bad to say about SeVi and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in an out-of-the-way location.

The resort is nicely set within a lovely garden, with each bungalow being secluded, featuring its own terrace and small pool, which at first seemed ideal. However, the experience was disappointing due to several serious issues. The isolation of the bungalows is poor — the roof windows are poorly covered with thin nets, allowing many lizards to enter. They frequently left droppings around the room, which was unpleasant. On the second day of our stay, we discovered small black worms swimming in our private pool. We were disgusted and immediately reported it to the reception. The staff member who came to check apologized and said she would inform the management. Unfortunately, the only action taken was to empty and refill the pool with the same untreated water, without adding any chemicals. The worms reappeared the next day. We repeatedly raised the issue, explaining that this indicated poor water treatment and hygiene management, and expressed concern about potential health risks since we used the pool on our first day. Throughout our stay, the problem persisted, and the management took no real responsibility, dismissing it as “just nature.” This attitude was extremely disappointing and made us lose trust in the resort’s sanitation standards. Additionally, the location is quite noisy at night due to traffic from the nearby street, and the beach is not enjoyable — it’s crowded with boats and vendors persistently trying to sell things. The only positive aspect of our stay was the restaurant staff, who were genuinely kind and seemed to do their best to make up for the resort’s overall poor management. Finally the WiFi is just horrible, expect to never have internet. I really would not recommend this hotel, since it ruined our stay.

J’ai aimé les serveurs qui étaient aux petits soins avec nous mention spéciale à Kylian Mbappé haha Le reste, catastrophique en terme de relation client. Quand on se plaint de ne pas dormir à cause des nuisances sonores personne ne revient vers nous Au bout de 2 Jours on réitère notre problématique et on nous explique qu’il n’y a pas de solution alors qu’il Y en avait : L’hôtel n’était pas plein (changement de chambre ???) Nous ne souhaitions pas être sur classés mais juste avoir une chambre avec moins de nuisance Lors du Check out nous avons reparlé de cet incident et on nous explique que le manquement du personnel est une erreur humaine … qu’ils n’y pouvaient rien Nous avons dépensé plus de 400$ de conso sur place pour 3 jours pas un seul geste suite aux multiples désagréments Attention : 5% de commission si paiement par carte Massage : 40% plus cher que l’hôtel d’en face avec 10 min en moins - pendant le massage les masseuses discutent et reçoivent des notifications de téléphone + des appels en sonnerie. Dommage car bon massage au global Nous sommes très déçus car jusque là nos hébergements et notre accueil à zanzibar a été parfait. Ils ne sont pas du tout montré compréhensifs

Hutje aan de zee is waanzin. Wat een zicht!! Goede sanitair, airco, goed bed, hangmat buiten ..... algemeen een super huisje. Vriendelijk personeel en een heel goed restaurant. Vaste keuken, maar elke dag voorzien ze een extra kaart, met nieuwe gerechten. Thema avonden vielen ook in de smaak ;-) Ze hanteren wel Europese prijzen .... dus de rekening kan snel oplopen, als je niet oplet ;-)

Op het strand kan je niet rustig wandelen en wordt je constant lastig gevallen door lokale boot eigenaars en stamleden die iets proberen te verpatsen .... das vrij vermoeiend.
