Porto Hostel Cúpula

I booked this hostel for two days. They did not coordinate. The bed number given to me is occupied. They gave me another bed. It is also occupied. The hostel management is not responsive. I am without a place to rest tonight. I have a complaint. They should return the money paid. They should compensate for the damage and pay a fine. Please follow up.

It was just a 15 minute walk into the city. The twin rooms with en-suite were very comfortable with aircon.

I would not have liked to use the mixed sex showers.

Check-in Konzept reibungslos und das Bad ist modern und sauber (leider nur eine private Dusche musste aber nie warten wenn ich geduscht habe), auch der Preis ist günstig und die Küche war sehr gepflegt.

Meine USB-Steckdose hat nicht funktioniert im Zimmer, was es sehr schwer gemacht hat meine Sachen zu laden (musste meine Powerbank unbeaufsichtigt im Aufenthaltsraum laden) und leider war Schimmel an der Wand direkt bei der Schlafkapsel, das ist ein absolutes NoGo und rechtfertigt für mir die sehr schlechte Bewertung, ohne den Schimmel würde ich das Hostel etwas besser bewerten, sowas geht aber garnicht besonders bei scheinbar relativ neuer Einrichtung sollte dringend was unternommen werden.

Δυστυχώς, η επικοινωνία με το κατάλυμα ήταν προβληματική. Προσπάθησα να επικοινωνήσω μαζί τους, αλλά δεν έλαβα ποτέ απάντηση, γεγονός που προκαλεί ανασφάλεια κατά τη διαμονή καθώς αν χρειαστείς κάτι άμεσα, δεν υπάρχει υποστήριξη. Επιπλέον, δεν υπήρχε η δυνατότητα να αφήσουμε τις αποσκευές μας στον κοινόχρηστο χώρο μετά το check-out, κάτι που θα διευκόλυνε πολύ την τελευταία μας ημέρα στην πόλη.

Foi tudo muito bom, exceto pelo chuveiro, a agua nao saia muito bem e ficava fazendo barulho demais. O restante foi perfeito. Limpo, silencioso, tudo arrumado, perto da estacao de trem. Otimo!
