Whitchurch Shropshire Town duplex flat

We loved everything about the apartment, it was perfectly set up and lovely to stay in. We have two small children so we particularly liked the toys and books in the apartment and the fact that it was so central we could walk everywhere. We also really appreciated the extra touches that the hosts included like the milk/bread and snacks on arrival.

Sadly, one of the downsides of the central location is that it's right next to a live music venue and as we stayed over a weekend, we had loud music baring all through the apartment until 2am on Friday and Saturday nights. Luckily our kids slept right through it, so it didn't bother us too much but I wouldn't recommend this place for light sleepers.

Small hamper and food supplies were much appreciated location is right on centre of town

The steep narrow stairs not easy to climb especially with bags. Damp smell on entering and smell of chemicals during the day from beauty salon below. An old building patched up. Booked 2 nights but only stayed one as my husband couldn’t sleep. Saw a 2nd advertisement where it was rated 6 which is more like it

Amazing location right in the heart of Whitchurch, shops, patisserie's, Tesco and bars literally on your door step.

If you like an early night on a weekend stay, then it's not for you, busy sports bar in front and a smaller local bar is underneath the flat the to the left.

Great location. Great place to stay. Generous facilities, ie plenty of cutlery and cups etc. I have recommended this place to my niece who lives nearby to tell her friends when they visit.

We happened to stay during a heatwave and it was a bit of a shame we could open only one window upstairs. But it didn't detract from an otherwise super place.

Well situated. Beside shops pubs restaurants and cafe.

Narrow steep stairs. Top floor unbearable to sleep as extremely hot. When the window was open at night very noisy

The flat was very spacious and super central! We spent the weekend there for a nearby wedding and the place was absolutely fantastic. The flat is right in the centre of Whitchurch and had lots of food places around - we arrived quiet late on Friday and still managed to have one of the best burgers ever. The host was also very kind and sent us lots of parking options and allowed us to have a late check out on the Sunday. The place had it all, plus the host left us some goods like bread, jam, crisps and more which was incredibly kind. We love the place and would recommend

Nothing - the stairs can be hard for older people but it’s very spacious and we didn’t mind at all

We should have been warned the property has two very narrow, rickety staircases as my husband in nearly 80 he found them a trial ,the hand rail on one set was quite dangerously loose .the property certainly needs updating and smells very damp
