"would not book again due to noise and access"

it was a good location and clean nice touch with little hamper

i think it should tell people about the very narrow steep stairs ,anybody with mobility issues would not get up them,and not very suited to small children .I think you should also be told about the noise from nearby Pubs awfully loud until 1a.m on a Friday &Saturday , then again loud music from 9a.m on a Saturday morning . i think for the money paid you expect nice soft towels . Maybe needs a bit of updating and be able to open all the windows .Just my opinion

"Nicely presented, centrally located and very clean but difficult accessibility for elderly people."

Great location except for loud music until near midnight.

Group of 4 aged 75-80. Tackling steep stairs with luggage but no handrails was very difficult. Sheets plus doona would have been preferable to just a doona.

"Superb"

Really comfy beds, plenty of space, well equipped kitchen and we felt really welcomed with the beautiful Christmas tree and welcome pack of supplies.

No problem at all with the property but the venue next door was very noisy.
