La dimora dei semplici ci ha permesso di vivere un soggiorno fantastico immerso nella pace della natura all’insegna del relax. La signora Elena, e tutto il personale della struttura è stato cordiale e molto disponibile. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di sperimentare un rilassante massaggio nella natura ed imparare l’arte della realizzazione delle orecchiette pugliesi. Contiamo di tornare molto presto.

Struttura molto bella, curata, colazione molto buona ma ci aspettavamo un po’ più scelta per essere un agriturismo, piscina molto bella, la posizione dipende da cosa si vuol visitare. Molto comodo per Cisternino

Wir wurden von Elena sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Ursprünglich wollten wir nur 3 Nächte bleiben, aber es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt verlängert haben. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an die Hotel-Managerin Valentina – sie war wirklich rund um die Uhr für uns erreichbar. Egal welches Anliegen wir hatten, sie hat sofort reagiert und sich mit viel Engagement darum gekümmert. Am Ende unseres Aufenthaltes hat sie uns sogar noch geholfen, eine neue Unterkunft zu finden – dieser Service war außergewöhnlich und zeigt, wie sehr sich hier um die Gäste gekümmert wird. Das Frühstück war köstlich und sehr abwechslungsreich, und auch das Abendessen können wir absolut empfehlen – es lohnt sich, dieses Erlebnis nicht zu verpassen. Die Lage ist perfekt: ruhig und etwas außerhalb, sodass man richtig entspannen kann, und gleichzeitig nur eine kurze Fahrt nach Ostuni oder Alberobello. Insgesamt ein wundervoller Aufenthalt, bei dem wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Wir können Dimora dei Semplici uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf ein Wiedersehen!

Ein wunderschönes Anwesen mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Zimmer sind schön gestylt und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich. Es ist sehr ruhig und hat einen wunderbaren Pool.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The place itself is stunning — beautifully designed, atmospheric, and full of quality in every detail. It was the perfect setting for peace, relaxation, and mental rejuvenation. In the evening, the ambiance turned magical and incredibly romantic. Valentina was exceptional — always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Her warmth and presence made our stay even more special. If I ever visit the area again, I will definitely return without hesitation. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, serene, and memorable getaway

Tout était parfait ! Gros coup de coeur ! Le jardin parfaitement entretenu, les deux piscines, la tranquillité, vraiment tout était magnifique. Notre chambre était une petite chapelle joliment décorée et très propre. Mention spécial pour le petit dej avec que des produits fait maison. Aussi nous avons dîné à la table d’hôte c’était juste divin et très copieux. Bravo à toutes !

The property is set in a dreamy, tranquil landscape, surrounded by the soothing scents of aromatic and botanical plants that give the whole place a unique, serene atmosphere. The rooms are tastefully decorated, spacious, and impeccably clean. The staff are warm, attentive to every need and always available to help with anything, at any time. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who is absolutely lovely and took the time to personally welcome us and say goodbye when we left. such a thoughtful gesture.
