We had an unforgettable stay at Dimora dei Semplici. The location is stunning — peaceful countryside just minutes from Ostuni. The rooms are spotless and beautifully decorated, the pools and gardens are perfect to relax, and breakfast was delicious. The warm welcome and hospitality made us feel at home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Puglia!

Dimora Dei Semplici was the most beautiful experience we’ve had in all our travels. Everything felt like a fairytale — the flowers, the birds, the gentle sound of the wind. The room was so cozy and filled with a lovely fragrance. We also had an amazing breakfast made with fresh ingredients and served with warm smiles. This stay was truly special for us, and Elena & Valentina made it absolutely perfect. We will always remember our honeymoon here as a gift and a matter of fate. We’re sure we’ll come back one day to celebrate our anniversary.

Immersa nella natura e avvolta da un ricco giardino, Dimora dei Semplici accoglie gli ospiti in una posizione appartata e tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo facilmente raggiungibile in macchina dalle località turistiche della Valle D’Itria. Dalla colazione ricca di prodotti freschi e selezionati tipici del territorio, preparata con cura ed attenzione e servita dalle gentilissime ragazze, alla possibilità di un pranzo leggero in giardino o a bordo piscina fino alla cena pensata su misura e preparata in modo sublime (ottima varietà di pietanze) accompagnata da un ottimo calice di vino locale, tutto è un‘esperienza appagante grazie all‘attenzione ai dettagli da parte della proprietaria, Elena, sempre pronta e disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Spazi comuni unici, ogni angolo è arredato con gusto e classe, camera molto accogliente e pulita. L‘atmosfera è conviviale nei luoghi condivisi ma allo stesso tempo è riservata, la Dimora è quindi il posto ideale per chi è alla ricerca di relax e tranquillità ma accoglie con piacere e curiosità la possibilità di scambiare due chiacchiere con ospiti provenienti da tutto il mondo. Complimenti a Valentina per la professionalità e la precisione nella gestione del soggiorno, allo staff composto dalle ragazze le quali ogni mattina hanno fatto in modo che la nostra giornata iniziasse col sorriso, ai curatori del giardino mozzafiato che riempie gli occhi e il cuore. Una menzione speciale a Zoe, per la dolcezza e la compagnia.

The location is great, amazing garden, two pools, all the rooms are particular and well finished. Also the common area where the meals happen is well made and welcoming

The road bringing to the facility is a bit tricky, but it’s not absolutely fault of the owner. Just get ready for narrow roads

De locatie is een droom: rustig gelegen, prachtige tuin, heel mooi ingericht met heel veel aandacht voor detail, 2 zwembaden, veel zithoekjes… De gastvrouw en het personeel zijn super vriendelijk. Het ontbijt en het avondeten zijn zeer uitgebreid, home made en heel erg lekker, geserveerd op mooi servies - ronduit een aanrader!!! Wij gaan zeker terug.

What can I say, the property and grounds are stunning, the decor and details are not for show. They are heirlooms belonging to the owner. I simply couldn’t imagine a more authentic stay! The food is delicious and local and prepared with care, the rooms are clean and beautiful. The gardens and pools are relaxing and very clean. All the staff were amazing, and the hotel owner was absolutely lovely and warm.

My only few comments would be my preference of a slightly softer mattress, slightly warmer water in the shower and maybe a menu with better ideas of costs for things like lunch. My overall experience was 10/10

A propriedade é linda e os funcionários são muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Comida deliciosa e quarto super confortável.

Achei um pouco longe das cidades e da praia.
