Location is good, on the walking distance fr9m the historic centre. Bed was comfortable. The coffee is good.
The room is outdated, it faces the busy street and the windows are totally not soundproof. The bathroom smelled badly of vinegar. The room needs a major update. In the early morning, cleaning ladies were quite noisy.

The room is comfortable, has a balcony with table and chairs. There is a central heating in the room, so it was very warm. The fruit and biscuits are always available

Room was clean and fit the description, host was very welcoming and always quick to respond. If you're a digital nomad, internet might be bit unstable (probably normal in the area). If you're renting car, it's fairly possible to park within the block. There's great cafe 2 minutes by walk serving great coffee, fresh pastries, arancini, etc.. Good walking distance towards historical centre, marina and markets (15-20 min), train station (10 min). Overall great stay for reasonable price and we'll be happy to come back.
