Cleaned daily so it's a tidy and comfortable room with coffee/tea/cakes included and always available. Great location near main railway and bus stations, tram line, and lots of shops/cafés.

Internet/WiFi absolutely terrible and often non-existent so if you need it for work as we did, it's impossible to work; also the common-room lights were on a movement-sensor so every 3 minutes all goes completely black unless you walk around the room (no windows).

Lack of electricity sockets (there is a desk but no sockets) Immediate outside environment looks dirty with garbage in the streets the kitchen is a shared space our appartment was nearby hallway and elevator so continuous sounds during the night prevented us from a good night rest.

Great location, excellent staff and cleanliness. Great balcony, great access to all attractions and downtown.

We didn’t like the area at all. Dirty part of Palermo with the garbage on every corner.
