Catherine home near kilimanjaro international airport JRO

Catherine is a lovely and caring host. This is a home stay so you are just booking a room that is part of their family home, with shared bathroom. The family is very welcoming, Catherine offers nice breakfast and transfer option to the airport (15USD). I mainly chose the accommodation for the proximity to JRO airport and would book again for this purpose.

Don’t expect anything fancy, this is a local homestay, but friendly, clean and great value for money and one of the cheapest accommodations close to the airport if you are travelling on a budget.

Katherine and her family are really amazing: nice people, welcoming and warm. I arrived to their home in the evening and they shared with me the dinner, having good and interesting chatting with me. The house is beautiful, the bed comfortable and the food really nice! I reccomend 100% to stay in Katherine's home! Asante sana

No private bathroom, no easily accessible power outlets on the room

Very clean place, very friendly owner and family. Close to airport of only 20 minute drive.
