Santiburi Koh Samui

El desayuno estubo bueno, el problema es el mismo en casi todos los hoteles de thailandia, el personal no habla casi nada de ingles y la comunicacion es un problema en todos los lugares del hotel, solo en la recepcion hablan bastante bien el ingles

Necesitabamos un late check out ya que nuestro vuelo era algo tarde. Queriamos tener la habitacion hasta las 16 horas, es decir 4 horas despues del check out que era a las 12 horas. La sorpresa fue el precio, por 4 horas nos pidieron 6000 Bath. Por la habitacion pagamos por noche incluido el desayuno 9000 Baht y por 4 horas nos pedian esa cantidad de dinero desroporcionado totalmente. Con un precio mas razonable ganariamos todos, pero con esos precios todos perdemos.

Absolut toll gepflegte Anlage. Sehr hilfsbereite und zuvorkommendes Personal! Wir haben ein Upgrade in eine Strand Villa gemacht welche einfach ein fantastisches Bett hatte welches unglaublich bequem und übergross war. Kids Club sehr liebevoll eingerichtet alles in bester Sauberkeit. Top moderne Fitnessgeräte.

Die Preise sind an der obersten grenze. Besonders zu erwähnen ist der Wascheservice extrem teuer für Thailand.

Le meilleur hôtel de Mae Nam !!! 😍 On a été surclassés dans un magnifique villa Chambre magnifique très très spacieuse et le lit qui est super confortable Gigantesque piscine avec boisson à volonté Magnifique plage on vous sert même à boire et à 16h on vous sert des glaces gratuitement 🥰 On a été servit comme un roi , les personnels sont très gentils , très avenants . Large choix en petit déjeuner j en ai jamais vu avec autant de choix pourtant j ai fait 3x Thaïlande en circuit j ai fait beaucoup d hôtels mais un comme celui ci j en ai jamais vue Tout est nickel merci à tous l équipe de Santiburi qui nous a fait rêver 😍

ieses Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist einfach fantastisch, mit einem wunderschönen, gepflegten Strand, der zum Entspannen und Genießen einlädt. Besonders begeistert haben uns die großzügigen, etwa 115 m² großen Häuschen im traditionellen thailändischen Stil. Sie sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, äußerst sauber und vermitteln eine wunderbare Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Das gesamte Hotelpersonal war stets außergewöhnlich höflich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens betreut. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der riesige Pool, der perfekt zum Schwimmen und Entspannen geeignet ist. Auch kulinarisch wurden wir verwöhnt: Das Essen war hervorragend, abwechslungsreich und von sehr guter Qualität. Kurz gesagt: Alles war einfach perfekt – von der Unterkunft über den Service bis hin zur traumhaften Lage. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a pleasant stay at Santiburi Koh Samui. The property itself is stunning, though there were a few service and dining hiccups that kept it from being a flawless 5-star experience. The Highlights: * The Villa: Our villa was wonderful—very comfortable, beautifully maintained, and came with a fantastic, spacious outdoor area that was a highlight of our trip. * Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was quite good with a nice variety of tasty options to start the day. * The Staff: For the most part, the team here is friendly and welcoming, with a few exceptions.

Areas for Improvement: * Pool Maintenance: We experienced a leak in our villa pool during our stay. While the team attempted to fix it, it wasn't fully resolved, and we would have appreciated a small gesture or compensation for the inconvenience. Unfortunately nothing of the kind was ever offered to us. * Communication & Dining: The breakfast restaurant staff had a low level of English comprehension which made communication a bit tricky at times. We also felt the restaurants—particularly the beach restaurant—could be improved. The seafood was a bit disappointing and felt overpriced for the quality. * Beach Service & Spa: While most interactions were great, the beach service staff could be a bit more polite and welcoming. Additionally, the spa was just okay for the price; the massages were a bit inconsistent, turning out either too light or a bit too firm.
