I recently had the pleasure of staying at RAON Villa in Hoi An, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The villa itself is stunning, with beautifully designed interiors that blend modern comfort with traditional Vietnamese charm. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. The location of RAON Villa is perfect. It’s situated in a peaceful area, yet still close to all the major attractions of Hoi An. I appreciated being able to easily access the vibrant Old Town, local markets, and the serene An Bang Beach. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staffs,especially Ni and Cuong . They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, offering great recommendations for local dining and activities. Their genuine kindness and attentiveness made me feel right at home. The villa also boasts a lovely pool area, which was a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The complimentary breakfast each morning was delicious, with a variety of options to suit all tastes. Overall, my stay at RAON Villa was nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious experience in Hoi An. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

What’s there not to like 👍

Receptionists Cuong and Ni are friendly, approachable and hery helpful. We had a wonderful stay

1. On the first day when we checked in, the water was not hot enough and the water pressure was low. 2. A day before the checkout date, the room was not cleaned even though the “make up room” sign was hung outside the door. The explanation from the staff was only that because they were busy with the check-in rooms so they forgot to make up our room. In the evening, we saw a big COCKROACH appeared in our bathroom 🙂 3. We asked to keep our food at their reception fridge and told them that we would collect it after, but our food was disappeared without any explanation of the staff. And it happened TWICE.

Great location, out of the main tourist area. Easy motorcycle hire and great value for money. Fantastic staff.
