Lancelynk Retreat Hoi An

I had the My Quang and it was the best I have ever had. The location is a bit hard to find, but because it's away from everything, the area around is very cute and lots of lovely nature.

The hotel is really hard to find, and it's a pretty high Grab fare to the city and to the beach.

There were no staff there to check in,the manager who is blunt does everything over the phone so no phone no room.

Nice location and enjoyed our room

We found it strange that most communication was done through WhatsApp- we got stuck on the balcony as a door shut behind us and it took nearly an hour for someone to come. In saying this the cleaning lady was very nice and friendly but there was a lack of urgency.

Staff were super helpful. They had a kitchen and even helped me with basic cooking. Overall, a nice experience. No complaints.

Excellent rooms and super friendly and helpful staff. I was able to order custom menu items with no worries and the extra services are pretty nice. Beds are comfy and the bath was really nice to have

The windows are not very sound proof so you can hear the street and late night karaoke and vinahouse
