I liked the beautiful location by the lagoon, the peaceful atmosphere, and the friendly staff who were always helpful.

We only stayed one night, so we couldn’t fully enjoy the meals. We missed dinner because we arrived late, and we also woke up late for breakfast, but the staff still prepared it for us and served us tea

El ambiente familiar y lo atentos que eran TODOS! La ubicación es maravillosa, justo enfrente del mar (tan solo hay que cruzar una pequeña carretera). Para quien vaya a hacer kite el sitio es inmejorable. Se guarda todo el material en una caseta preparada para ello y ahí se pueden hinchar/deshinchar cometas, limpiar material, etc. Todo el personal te ayuda con el material hasta para acercártelo a la playa y están pendientes de ti en todo momento, aunque no hayas contratado clases. La comida es delii, te la sirven en mesa y casi cada día se prepara una sorpresita especial para los clientes. También se agradece mucho que te recojan y te lleven al aeropuerto, al final la sensación es que puedes olvidarte de todo porque ellos se encargan de facilitarte la vida:) no se puede pedir mas estando de vacaciones. Añado BONUS de un motivo muy importante para elegir este sitio. Tuve un pequeño accidente en la laguna y absolutamente todo el personal se movilizó. En menos de dos horas ya había ido y vuelto del hospital sin que me dejaran sola en ningún momento (que tranquilidad da eso) y ellos se encargaron de todas las gestiones. MIL GRACIAS A TODOS!!! En definitiva: -Personal majísimo. -Comida estupenda. -Ubicación espectacular para kite. -Relación calidad-precio insuperable Y te miman un montoooon!!

je suis une personne à mobilité réduite. Aucune aide pour mes bagages ne m’a été proposé ni à l’arrivée ni au départ. J’ai été loger dans une tente avec des cafards et un lit très dur. En lendemain, j’avais des courbatures et le linge était très sale et déchirée à l’arrivée. Nous avons eu un dîner de la viande froide et un mangeable. Le petit déjeuner était médiocre. Évidemment nous avons été obligé d’aller manger à l’extérieur alors que le repas était compris dans le prix de l’hôtel. Nous sommes restés que deux jours car nous avons pas pu supporter la literie les repas et le l’hygiène aucun remboursement nous a été proposé car nous avons payé pour trois jours et nous sommes restés que deux jours nous avons salué, Monsieur Hamza et ce dernier et nous a même pas dit au revoir

This place is a home away from home. The staff welcome you so well, the atmosphere is relaxed, the kite spot is just across the road, easy to enter and great for beginners. I got lessons with a monitor organised by north lagoon and progressed a lot. The rooms are comfortable, as are the beds. We slept well here. Also the food is great. They made all vegetarian food for me, it was all fresh and well made. Thanks a lot North Lagoon!

I would loved a place where you could wash the sand off after kiting and enter your room with clean feet, for example a tap outside the room. Also, the meal times are a bit late for Northern Europeans 😅

Great spot, great people and a nice vibe! The food was amazing and all in all you notice that this new place is working hard to earn it's place on the lagoon. I'll be back, I've never recharged my batteries so fast in such a short time!

The hotel itself was a good experience overall. The staff were kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Food was good, we especially enjoyed the breakfasts — definitely the highlight for me when it came to food. The common areas are nicely designed and offer beautiful views over the lagoon, which is a stunning spot for kitesurfing. We stayed in one of the tents, and while basic, it was comfortable enough. The atmosphere at the hotel is calm and relaxing, if you’re looking for a peaceful, scenic getaway with access to the lagoon, the hotel part of this place delivers good value, but...

Unfortunately, the experience with the on-site kite school was very disappointing and had a negative impact on our trip. On the first day, we agreed on what seemed like a good deal for me to receive private lessons. However, during the sessions, the instructor was inattentive — he spent a lot of time on his phone, smoked, and chatted with others instead of focusing on the lesson. I didn’t feel supported or safe, and after three sessions, I decided to switch to a different school, which turned out to be the best decision. We shared our concerns with the manager, who seemed to understand, but he insisted I should have realized and spoken up earlier, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. In addition, the WiFi was weak, and the generator near our tent was quite noisy at night — we brought earplugs, which helped, but it’s something to be aware of if you plan to stay in the tents.
